ReplyDeleteAnyone else having trouble with Beyond the Whiteboard? Making sure its not the computer....?
ReplyDeleteI'm having trouble as well, I thought it was just me.
ReplyDeleteThe whiteboard says something is wrong with Red's account.
ReplyDeleteI'm at the cabin, bored & hanging out, so I decided to work on my strike pull ups. Finally got 2!! Woohoooo :) I had to share my excitement, since I haven't ever been able to do one :)
The Winch & Foy Challenge:
ReplyDelete100 Bench Press
100 Squats
(Both at 60 % BW for time. Can be done in any order as long as all reps are completed.)
Winch N. - 17:08 min.
Foy - 28:47 min.
Neither of us went all out, just kinda pacing ourselves at a moderate pace.
Like the new site here, PB, just can't seem to get anything to post, so gonna try again...
Hey Melissa, what are strike pull-ups?
Whoops, my phone does the auto correct and so I guess it decided to come up with strike pull-ups! I meant "strict" Geez Stickler, can't get away with anything with you ;)
