KEY BENEFITS:
-Aids in muscle building*
-Supports muscle performance*
-Helps increase physical endurance*
-Informed-Choice Certified
-Easily usable with other AdvoCare products

IS THIS YOU?
-An athlete looking to improve performance
-Someone who is aware of the benefits of creatine and wants a product that is safe and banned-substance free.
-Someone seeking additional muscle mass and definition.
-Someone concerned with muscle loss that comes with aging.

THE ISSUE:
Many athletes are looking to get more out of their work out, taking their bodies to the next level. They are at a plateau in their performance and are looking to gain additional mass and definition but not at the expense of safety. Many people are also looking to slow the muscle breakdown process that comes with aging.

THE SOLUTION: Mass Impact
Mass ImpactTM is a sports performance product that supports muscle building for performance athletes as well as those looking to prevent muscle breakdown through three ingredients:
Creatine Creatine is found naturally in the body, with about 95 percent of it found in skeletal muscle. Large amounts of creatine are lost during intense workouts, so in order to build muscle mass, it is important to replace creatine. Since creatine is primarily obtained through meat sources and it's inadvisable to consume large quantities of meat at one time, Mass Impact supplies the creatine you need. *+ Mass ImpactTM helps maintain ATP levels for cellular energy and to preserve muscle glycogen, which promotes muscle mass, volume and strength.*
SustamineTM
This powerful ingredient supports rehydration, energy replenishment and muscle recovery.* Research shows that SustamineTM supplementation results in improved performance and promotes protein synthesis, inhibiting muscle
breakdown and reducing muscle tissue damage.* SustamineTM also improves water and electrolyte absorption.*

  3. Anybody have a recommendation on a really good PT? I would love to find a PT that does CrossFit, or atleast is knowledgeable of CrossFit. Dr. Luker has me set up with a gal that he sends all his female athletes to, but just wondering if there was any out there that somebody would highly recommend.

  5. Jerry - always great to wod with you!

Melissa - Last summer I went to January Johnston at Physical Therapy Sepcialty Center (on 12th in Docs on Call building) for pain in my shoulder caused by excessive swimming. She doesn't crossfit that I know of, but was positive about it. I liked her because she didn't say back off crossfit or swimming, but instead came up with a strength plan to improve shoulder positioning, which resulted in reduced pain. They have a website. Good luck with the rehab.

  6. Jerry- awesome photo. Wow.

Melissa- I have seen John at Olsson PT on First and near North (by No Coast). He was recommended by a woman in my office who tore her ACL. He was her PT for that recovery. He shares the philosophy of Nate's PT: very encouraging about continuing the exercise but in a healthy way that won't exacerbate the damage.

  7. I'm a PA with Dr Huang (the other sports med surgeon at Rocky Mtn Ortho) and we send most of our patients to SOAR. Britt Smith is the owner and is incredibly knowledgeable. Bryan Whitesides would be my other recommendation there, big runner. Thad Harlow mentioned above has moved to somewhere off of 12th recently (cant recall exactly where). I'm unaware of any local PT's that do CrossFit. Hope that helps

  8. I'm currently seeing Britt Smith at SOAR. I asked for the best sports-minded PT in the valley and Britt was my dr's recommendation.
