March Athlete of the Month

March Athlete of the Month was not an easy choice because so many people are putting forth incredible effort. There are many we have in the running, but this month one champion stood out among the rest. Isa Paraday is nothing but smiles when you talk to her. You would never know she goes through stress or has any life issues at all. There are things that she focuses on that keep her balanced and sane though and that's the difference. She shows up every day. She gives 100% in her Crossfit WODS. She supports others by cheering them on to finish strong. She is steadfast on her nutrition. She is fixing holes in her schedule so she can be strong for her kids. These are only a few reasons why we chose her as someone to watch, appreciate and support. Keep up the great work, Isa- you are a true Red Head champion. We are proud to have you on our team.
