5 Power Cleans (145/100)
10 Toes to Bar
15 Wall Ball (20/14)

SKILL
5 Minute Handstand facing the wall.
*Every time you have to come off the wall
you have to do 15 Hollow Rocks

So the 11.5 Workout is awful...Toes to bar are the killer... and the 11.6 workout is murder it is posted on the games website... it is a ladder of thruster and c2b pullups 3-6-9-12-15-18-21... the workout is 7 minutes in length and your score is where you finish within the ladder... Holy Hell... These last two WODS are murder. Oh yeah the thruster weight is 100 lbs. for men and 65 for women....
