Ah... good workout yesterday. Although post-wod at Naggy's was better. As I was slowly trying to get out of bed this morning, I crafted my own 12-days of Crossfit song...ahem...

Sonya, not with a "T"...that was great. And only a crossfitter would understand any of that. Merry Christmas, Crossfit RED. 'Tis the season for family and we all have become such family.
