MERRY XMAS!

Merry Christmas to everyone from 
CrossFit RED- We are so thankful to have you in our lives! Try this WOD at home to 
keep your body movin-
Open a gift, do 1 burpee
Eat something, do 2 burpees
Be thankful, rest

Repeat throughout the day. Take pictures;)

  1. Ah... good workout yesterday. Although post-wod at Naggy's was better. As I was slowly trying to get out of bed this morning, I crafted my own 12-days of Crossfit song...ahem...

    On the first day of Christmas Crossfit gave to me:
    One hernia
    On the second....
    Two popped-out ribs
    Three Jeffs
    Four yelling coaches
    Five F-Bombs
    Six sore muscles
    Seven foam rollers
    Eight half-assed burpees
    Nine rolling eyes (someone missing an eye?)
    Ten pets for Tucker
    Eleven speed-rope welts
    Twelve sweaty bodies laying on the floor

  3. Sonya, not with a "T"...that was great. And only a crossfitter would understand any of that. Merry Christmas, Crossfit RED. 'Tis the season for family and we all have become such family.
