  1. Nate, you are an inspiration to us all. Blandito, I've always grimaced at your spelling, but today you topped yourself. "Beidh me ar ais"?!?

  2. Nate- Your my inspiration & motivation for these next 6 months. The Doc told me 8 to 9 months, but I'm saying 6 months max! They don't know how us CrossFitters roll!
We might need to get with Cody and have him start making up a 3rd daily WOD for the cripplers club ;) BTW the cripplers membership is full. (it's not that fun anyways)

  3. That's what my third round of L-pullups looked like...garbage. I'm investing in a video camera today so that doesn't happen again.

Melissa and other injured Redheads...here is an inspirational video a buddy from TX sent me yesterday http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bj-gyl-e4y0&feature=player_embedded#at=340
It may start toward the end of the video so you will have to scroll back.

  4. Awesome Video Nate! No such thing as an injury only another obstacle to overcome, the definition of crossfit! I rarerly get emotional, however for some odd reason this video got me!

It's apparent from the video and what I have witnessed in life, that an injury breeds a stronger, faster, more dangerous and driven competitor and human being! Looking forward to watching you and Melissa become even more "dangerous"!

The forecast for 2012 calls for the perfect storm Nate!

  5. so classic--the first thing i thought when i saw this pic today was "i hope he wasn't trying to do an L pull-up" and sure enough there's a critique on form by Nate himself. nice going RED!! why don't you give him a papercut and then put lemon juice on it?!?!

Nate, Melissa, Mary Beth, young Michael and any other injured peeps out there keep your spirits up, i agree with Kirk you'll all be back and better than ever in no time.
