Take It Like A Man

Common kneeling position after a WOD. Only when you're really busting *ss though. Shane knows it. He's bionic in his own right...chasing the heavy weights down so he can eat them like snacks. It's no easy task however, and that's why he likes it. A real challenge. A man to man challenge- "I'm gonna get you sucka". And if you loose the chase, well... take like a man and train harder for next time. Keep chasing the leaders Shane. Before you know it, you'll be in front, getting hound dogged by Fire Breathers ready to take you out. Sorry ladies...this is mans friendly way of hanging out with each other. Great competition breeds excellence and has no room for the mediocre.

SUNDAY @ 2- If you want to compete at all, BE HERE! We will be widdling the confusion down to a sensible approach for all. Hopefully we can do a group wod together after, but mostly its all about bringing in a team huddle. How many of us are there? How serious are we? who wants to go to regionals, who wants to be on the team? Why? We need the huddle.
The Plan: We will run three groups, all in seperate heats-
Masters, Scales and RX'd. Only RX'd can go forth to Regionals.
This willl be one of the most fun and yet focused 6 weeks we've ever had together. Get ready to get inspired!

  1. I just wanted to say a little something about my cute husband. After driving him crazy for months with endless chatter about crossfit, I finally convinced him to come in and give it a try. And, well, we all know how that turned out! But after shaking off the short hospital stay (haha), he came back and asked for more! (Well, actually, I think it pissed him off and lit a fire under his a**)It's probably sick and wrong to say how great it is to see him flat on the ground gasping for air after killing it in a WOD, but really, I'm just super proud!

  2. You are both great inspiratioins...gasping on the floor, rockin' up Copper Mountain, or rippin' through a WOD! Wish I had the opportunity to WOD with you both more often :)
