ALL SATURDAY AT 10 FOUNDATION WODS ARE ON HOLD DURING THE OPEN QUALIFIER WODS. THE WILL RESUME AS BEFORE THE LAST WEEKEND IN APRIL.

THE OPEN QUALIFIERS ARE HELD FROM 11-2P ON SATURDAY AND THE HEATS WILL HOLD 8 ATHLETES AT A TIME. WE WILL RUN MASTERS AND SCALED ATHLETES FIRST.

  1. Saw the score on the games site, great job Jess! Are you going to do it again? I'm hitting my final today. Shooting for high 7's I got 6 + 11 DU's on Wed. Wish the Red Heads were here for support have fun guys and gals!
